Test Any Controller in Your Browser
Modern browsers can read game controllers directly, so you can check one without installing drivers or apps. Xbox, PlayStation, Switch Pro and most generic USB or Bluetooth gamepads work.
- Gamepad test: shows every button, trigger and stick live, so you can find a button that doesn’t register or a trigger that doesn’t reach 100%.
- Stick drift test: measures how far each stick strays from centre when you’re not touching it, suggests a deadzone, and checks how evenly the stick reaches its edges.
Before You Start
Connect the controller by USB or Bluetooth, then press any button — browsers only reveal a controller after it’s been used, for privacy. If nothing appears, try a different browser (Chrome and Edge have the best support) or a USB cable.
